Get Ready for the Movistar Madrid Half Marathon with Us!

The countdown to the celebration of the 22nd edition of the Movistar Madrid Half Marathon has already begun. On March 26, the streets of the capital will once again fill with runners arriving from every corner of the Iberian Peninsula and the world. All with one challenge, one goal.

But to achieve it, you must train first. Prepare the body so that everything goes well on the ‘x’ day. For this reason, from the Agrupación Deportiva Marathon we have created an official training plan. Leading it are two great and well-known runners: Pablo Villalobos and Tamara Sanfabio. They will be in charge of designing a program so that all members of this group achieve their goals.

This official training plan for the Movistar Madrid Half Marathon will begin on January 8. This Sunday, starting at 9:30 a.m. and from Rafael Hoteles Atocha, the presentation and a group run through Parque del Retiro will take place. The training calendar from this point will be as follows:

  • Sunday, January 22: Rafael Hoteles Atocha. 9:30 a.m.
  • Sunday, February 5: Rafael Hoteles Atocha. 9:30 a.m.
  • Thursday, February 16: Puerta del Niño Jesús. El Retiro. 7:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, February 26: Rafael Hoteles Atocha. 9:30 a.m.
  • Sunday, March 12: Rafael Hoteles Atocha. 9:30 a.m.
  • Thursday, March 16: Puerta del Niño Jesús. El Retiro. 7:00 p.m.
